Subject: Notice of MyTRIZ Annual General Meeting 2020
The Association hereby gives the notice that the tenth MyTRIZ Annual General Meeting will be held at Axcel International School, 8-G Komercial Casa Tropika, Jalan Bunga Raya, Puchong Batu 14, 47100 Puchong, Selangor on Monday, 24 February 2020 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Agenda
- To welcome all members to the MyTRIZ Annual General Meeting (5 minutes)
- To present the 2019 MyTRIZ Annual Report (20 minutes)
- To lay before the meeting the Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 (15 minutes)
- To present the 2020 MyTRIZ Strategic Plan (25 minutes)
- To transact any other ordinary business for which due notice have been given (20 minutes)
- To present the MyTRIZ Level 2 Instructor and MyTRIZ Consulting Foundation certificates (15 minutes)
- To close the meeting (5 minutes)

Notes:
- All members of the MyTRIZ are entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting. Please advise your attendance by emailing MyTRIZ Committee Secretary, yiptriz@gmail.com and Assistant Secretary, Jeff Lim Teck Loon, jeff@imes.com.my .
- Only members who have paid up their subscription fees of RM100 before and on the meeting date, are entitled to participate and vote in the Association decision making process. No appointment of proxy are allowed.
- For those who have not paid up their subscription fees, it is RM100 for one-time/life time payment. Refer to section 6 of the MyTRIZ by laws. Please pay the subscription to “Persatuan Inovasi TRIZ Malaysia (Malaysia TRIZ Innovation Association)”, bank account number Maybank 5124 4630 2432. After you have banked in the subscription fee, please inform us by sending an email to MyTRIZ Treasurer, Issac Lim at issaclss@gmail.com and copy MyTRIZ Secretary, Dr Yip Mum Wai at yiptriz@gmail.com and Assistant Secretary, Jeff Lim Teck Loon, jeff@imes.com.my .
