The Association hereby gives the notice that the thirteen MyTRIZ Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 7 April 2023 from 2:00 - 4:30 p.m. at UOW Malaysia KDU University College Glenmarie Campus, Ground Floor Lecture Theatre Room 02 (GF-LTR-02).
Agenda
1. To welcome all members to the MyTRIZ Annual General Meeting (5 minutes)
2. To present the 2022 MyTRIZ Annual Report (20 minutes)
3. To lay before the meeting the Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 (10 minutes)
4. To present the 2023 MyTRIZ Strategic Plan (20 minutes)
5. To elect the 2023-2025 MyTRIZ Committee (20 minutes)
6. To transact any other ordinary business for which due notice have been given (70 minutes)

Notes:
1. All members of the MyTRIZ are entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting. Please advise your attendance by emailing MyTRIZ Secretary, Dr Yeap Gik Hong, gikhongyeap@kdupg.edu.my and Assistant Secretary, Prof. Dr Narayanan Kulathruramaiyer, nara@unimas.my.
2. Only members who have paid up their subscription fees of RM100 before and on the meeting date, are entitled to participate and vote in the Association decision making process. No appointment of proxy is allowed.
3. For those who have not paid up their subscription fees, it is RM100 for one-time/life time payment. Please pay the subscription to “Persatuan Inovasi TRIZ Malaysia (Malaysia TRIZ Innovation Association)”, bank account number Maybank 5124 4630 2432. Please email receipt to MyTRIZ Treasurer, Dr. Issac Lim at drissaclim@gmail.com.

To elect the key office bearers and committee members for the next two years (2023-2025) as stipulated in the MyTRIZ by-laws. Nominations are open to all “paid-up” members. The nomination must be in writing, supported and signed by two “paid-up” members. All nominations using the attached form are to be sent to Secretary, Dr Yeap Gik Hong, gikhongyeap@kdupg.edu.my and Assistant Secretary, Prof. Dr Narayanan Kulathruramaiyer, nara@unimas.my before 24th March 2023, 5p.m.
