Subject: Notice of MyTRIZ Annual General Meeting 2026

1. The Association hereby gives the notice that the fifteen MyTRIZ Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 3 April 2026 from 10:00 - 12:00 p.m. at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management & Technology, Kuala Lumpur. The venue is at TARUMT ARENA, Room TA245.  Please park at the multi-story car park.

Agenda

1. To welcome all members to the MyTRIZ Annual General Meeting (5 minutes)
2. To present the 2025 MyTRIZ Annual Report (20 minutes)
3. To lay before the meeting the Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 (10 minutes)
4. To present the 2026 MyTRIZ Strategic Plan (20 minutes)
5. To transact any other ordinary business for which due notice have been given (60 minutes)
6. To close the meeting (5 minutes)
